The University required an institution‑wide approach to end‑of‑module evaluation, but no existing platform could meet the required scale or delivery timeframe.

The Innovation team designed and delivered an interim module evaluation service within a two‑week period, enabling students to complete evaluations for their registered modules using centrally managed data.

Outcome

The service operated successfully at institutional scale, enabling module evaluation to proceed where no suitable alternative existed, mitigating operational and reputational risk and producing high‑quality data to support improvements to the student experience.
